Samhoor Gantry Type 45 tons high speed press crossed the ocean to Vietnam

Good news, there is another batch of high-speed punching machine from our Samhoor to Vietnam. 

Three sets of Gantry type 45-ton high-speed press machine exported by Dongguan Samhoor Precision Machinery Co., LTD., Guangdong Province, lasted more than a month of rapid manufacturing, after about a month adrift at sea, finally arrived at the customer site in Vietnam on April 11, less than 3 months after the whole process, once again broke the record of fast delivery.

When we started work this year, a very anxious call from a Vietnamese wanted 3 sets H-Frame high-speed presses of 45 tons and 65 tons…. I haven’t had enough time to think about this project. The customer said the delivery time would be one month. Can we do it?

High speed stamping machine is generally not in stock, cause each customer needs a little different punch requirement, the New Year started the old customer orders are also more, one month is really very tight for us.

In the middle of February, our company held an emergency meeting to discuss the customer plan in Vietnam, and overcame all difficulties to make the equipment for the customer and send it to the customer site. 

In order to speed up the production schedule, the engineers made the project production plan and methodically implemented every production detail step by step. Together with the effective cooperation of the production department and various departments, after efforts, race against the clock, go all out, 3 gantry type 45 tons high-speed punch presses finally completed in about a month.

At the same time, in order to speed up the transportation schedule, all departments continue to implement the transportation plan, work overtime, pay close attention to the production schedule and problems in the production process, timely coordinate, and strive to deliver the high-speed punch equipment as soon as possible. In early March, our high-speed punch was floating in the sea for about a month, and finally arrived at the customer site in Vietnam on April 11th.

On April 11, sunny in Vietnam, beautiful scenery, Samhoor gantry 45 tons high-speed punch finally crossed the sea, in the picturesque land of Vietnam "home".  From then on it became a Vietnamese punch press, and Vietnam high speed press. The process embodies the wisdom and hard work of all departments of Samhoor, which inspires us to struggle, constantly overcome difficulties and solve problems of confidence and morale.
