I. Selection of model and Stroke

First of all, we can choose whether to use C-type high-speed punching machine or gantry high-speed punching machine and how much stroke of high-speed punching machine is needed according to the requirements of stamping products, precision, and size. Among the high-speed punching machines in the market, C-type is mainly available from 15, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 65, 80, 115, 120 tons; H-type is available from 30, 35, 45, 60, 65, 80, 85, 125, 200 tons. According to my survey of the market, the current stroke is 30, 45, 65, and 80 tons for C-type high-speed punching machine; and 30, 45, 65 tons for H- type high-speed punching machine.

II. Stroke and Die height

We have to select the stroke height and die height according to the shape of the stamping products, bending height, and the suitable die. At present, the stroke height of high-speed punching machine is mainly from 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 to 50M, from which we can make a good choice of stroke.

III. Precision requirements

Accuracy is one of the most important testing criteria to determine the goodness of high-speed punching machine, so the accuracy requirement is the key to choose a good punching machine. We can test from the following four aspects: Parallelism, Perpendicularity, Integrated clearance and Dynamic repeat accuracy under the dead point. Then choose different specifications according to the width of the product material, such as 105: feeding width of 100MM, length of 50MM.

According to the type of enterprise and customer object, you can choose imported brands or domestic assembly of imported brands, Taiwan brands, domestic brands.
